Finland Organic: A Gourmet Road Trip is the brainchild of two young chefs who wanted to add something new to the traditional image of organic food and decided to take a gourmet road trip around Finland. They invited two photographers along, packed their pots and pans and travelled from one organic farm to another, creating mouthwatering dishes based on each farm’s produce.

The recipes contain at least 95% organic ingredients, but the dishes can also be made using homegrown or shop-bought non-organic ingredients.
