This critical edition of the Mesopotamian "Washing of the Mouth" (Mis Pi) ritual contains all the known texts of the 6 to 8 tablets and photographs of the cuneiform manuscripts. Volumes of the new SAALT series are meant to be similar in nature to the SAA volumes, providing transliterations, translations, and critical commentary.
