Dear young musicians!
This album was caused by the wonderful Kinder-surprise toys so much loved by you.
My musical "collection" consists of three parts.
The first one - "The Ancient World" represents objects and even people left in the past.
The second one - "The World of Nature" is the gallery of animals' portraits, among which there are fishes and birds.
The third one - "Little Frights" where some strange, fantastic personages have gathered.
I hope my "Musical Surprise" shall take your fancy and you'll enjoy my musical toys, so as the Kinder-surprise ones.

Жаннэта Металлиди (род. в 1934) - петербургский композитор, педагог. Яркие и образные ее пьесы прочно вошли в репертуар маленьких пианистов.
Поводом для написания альбома послужили игрушки из "киндер-сюрприза". Пьесы - это музыкальные портреты полюбившихся игрушек. В сборнике три раздела: "Старинный мир", "Живой мир", "Страшилки".

Povodom dlja napisanija alboma posluzhili igrushki iz "kinder-sjurpriza". Pesy - eto muzykalnye portrety poljubivshikhsja igrushek. V sbornike tri razdela: "Starinnyj mir", "Zhivoj mir", "Strashilki".
